Enjoying Mayfield well enough to plant some roots? Rentals homes, apartments, and hotel rooms are available.

The rules for renting in Mayfield are simple.

First and foremost, and this rule applies to renters, non-renters, visitors, and guests, treat each other with respect and courtesy.

You must be an active role-player in Mayfield to rent.

Rentals are private unless otherwise stated by the renter. You may not enter the rented property of anyone without their permission. Role-play can occur in a rental with the permission of the renter. Any damage, vandalism, or other activities must be approved by the renter.

Renters must stay within their prim limits.

To reduce lag any furniture with scripts should be turned off (set to not running) when not in use.

Prims must be kept to the rental, not rezzed away from the rental property (except for specific role-play scenes, and then they must be cleaned up after). Vehicles count against prim.

Rent/Tier must be paid on time or prims will be returned and the property will be listed as available to rent.

Once a property has been rented please contact an available admin before rezzing prims.

Residential rental rates per week: 

*smaller places  = smaller prim limit.

25 Prim - 50L

50 Prim – 100L

100 Prim – 200L 

150 Prim – 300L

200 Prim – 400L

Hotel rooms can be rented at 5prim for 10L per day.

 4.  Turning this in  you are agreeing to treat other citizens with respect and courtesy by not entering there residences with out permission. You will also  turn off scripts when  furniture is not in use and  make sure you keep a eye on prim limits as well as pay your rent in a timely manner after a 3rd notice  the owner  has the right to evict if they so please.
